Croatia Branch

In 2006 we acquired a very small studio apartment in Supetar on the island of Brac, Croatia. The apartment is in a block of eight with its own pool, sea views and six tennis courts 300 yards away. It only sleeps two, and is fully serviced (see www.croatiaholidayrentals.net), supervised by the lovely English Jo (not Hendomen Jo!). It's right opposite Split, Croatia's existing second city with many seafront restaurants and a Roman palace. The first ferry is at 5.00 a.m. and the last after midnight so it makes a splendid day out. The apartment is cool, 20 yards from the pool, has air-conditioning, kitchenette, king size bed, bath, shower and washing machine. For larger parties, Shropshire friends have a larger apartment in the same block under the same management, which could be linked with ours subject to availability. It sleeps four.
