Welcome to Montgomery - a Georgian gem as yet undiscovered. Our lovely farmhouse is 1.2 miles from Offa's Dyke Path and a one mile stroll from Montgomery town, with four pubs, a 3 star hotel with available heated pool, thirteenth century castle, fine church and interesting museum and shops and a licensed tea room.
Montgomery provides an ideal base for walking, exploring castles like Montgomery Castle and Powis Castle (NT-pictured); for fishing, golfing, eating and generally relaxing. Aberdovey and Aberystwyth are easy drives as is Snowdonia. There are superb gardens at Gregynog and Glansevern Hall - both within a few minutes drive.
